This page explains how ONSFI holders can stake their tokens through the OnsFinance dashboard to earn rewards and support ecosystem stability.

Introduction

Staking allows ONSFI holders to lock their tokens in the protocol and earn rewards. By staking, users contribute to the stability of the ecosystem while receiving passive income in return.

How Staking Works

  • Users deposit ONSFI into the staking smart contract.

  • Rewards are distributed based on the amount staked and duration of staking.

  • Tokens remain locked until the staking period ends (if a lock is applied).

  • Rewards are claimable directly from the dashboard.

How to Stake ONSFI

Step 1 – Connect Your Wallet

  • Open the OnsFinance dApp: https://onsfinance.io

  • Click Connect Wallet and choose MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or WalletConnect.

  • Approve the connection in your wallet popup.

Step 2 – Navigate to Staking Dashboard

  • Once connected, go to the Staking section in the OnsFinance dashboard.

  • Your current ONSFI balance will be displayed.

Step 3 – Select Stake Amount

  • Enter the amount of ONSFI you want to stake.

  • If this is your first time, confirm the Approval transaction for the staking contract.

  • After approval, click Stake to lock your tokens.

Step 4 – Confirm in Your Wallet

  • A wallet popup will appear with transaction details.

  • Review carefully and click Confirm.

  • Wait for blockchain confirmation.

Step 5 – Track Rewards

  • Your staked amount and accumulated rewards are visible in the dashboard.

  • Rewards can be claimed at any time (or after lock period, if applicable).

Benefits of Staking

  • Earn additional ONSFI tokens as passive income.

  • Reduce circulating supply, increasing token stability.

  • Align with the long-term growth of the OnsFinance ecosystem.

Unstaking

  • To unstake, go to the Staking dashboard.

  • Select the amount to withdraw.

  • Confirm the transaction in your wallet.

  • Tokens will be transferred back to your wallet balance.

Security Notes

  • All staking transactions are handled via audited smart contracts.

  • OnsFinance cannot access or move your funds.
