Create Wallet
Learn how to set up a self-custody wallet such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet and configure it for the BNB Smart Chain to start using OnsFinance.
Supported Wallets
OnsFinance is compatible with all WalletConnect-enabled wallets. The most common options are:
MetaMask (browser extension and mobile app)
Trust Wallet (mobile app, recommended for beginners)
Ledger and other hardware wallets (connected via MetaMask)
Do not attempt to use centralized exchange wallets such as Binance, Coinbase, or Kraken. These wallets do not provide you with private keys and cannot connect to OnsFinance.
Setting Up MetaMask
Download MetaMask only from the official website: https://metamask.io.
Browser extension: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Brave
Mobile app: iOS and Android
Create a new wallet or import an existing one using your seed phrase.
Switch your active network to BNB Smart Chain before using OnsFinance.
Setting Up Trust Wallet
Download Trust Wallet only from the official sources:
Official Website: https://trustwallet.com
Open the app and create a new wallet or import an existing one with your seed phrase.
Enable Smart Chain (BNB) in the wallet settings:
Tap the toggle in the top-right corner of the home screen.
Search for “Smart Chain” and enable it.
Once enabled, you will see a Smart Chain (BNB) balance on your main screen.
Trust Wallet is now ready to connect with the OnsFinance dApp.
Security Best Practices
Write down your seed phrase on paper and store it offline.
Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone.
Do not save your seed phrase in email, cloud storage, or screenshots.
Enable biometric authentication or strong PIN protection on mobile wallets.
Consider hardware wallets for larger investments.
Caution If you lose access to your seed phrase, your funds cannot be recovered. OnsFinance cannot restore lost wallets.
